1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content and IPTV services, all sales are final. Once your subscription or service is activated, no refunds will be issued, except in the following cases:
Non-activation of service: If your IPTV subscription is not activated within 48 hours of purchase and we are unable to deliver the service, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Duplicate payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate payment upon verification.
Incompatibility issues: If our service is not compatible with your device and no viewing was possible, you may request a partial refund within 48 hours of activation, subject to our review.
All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.
⚠️ Note: No refunds will be given for issues arising from poor internet connection, user error, or incompatibility with unsupported devices.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:
Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
Your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle (if applicable), after which it will not renew.
